Colored Item Names & Nicknames

Any rank can give their Tools, Nametags, and other favorite items colorful names!  You can also use it to give yourself colorful nicknames with /nick! To do this, simply rename the item in an anvil using the color codes (check under the Nickname section for a color chart!). Make sure names are appropriate!
